• Fair Usage: Our service is designed for fair and reasonable use. Excessive or abusive usage, such as bandwidth hogging, running servers, or automated downloads, may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of service. We monitor usage patterns to ensure equitable access for all subscribers.
• Prohibited Activities: Activities such as hacking, spamming, distributing malware, phishing, or attempting to compromise network security are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service, other users, or network infrastructure will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

Support requests should be submitted through official channels for prompt assistance.
• Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances such as network failures or natural disasters. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance and restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. Upon termination, access to the WiFi network and associated services will be revoked. Users may also terminate their subscription at any time, subject to our refund policy. Data associated with terminated accounts will be handled according to our privacy and deletion policies.

Trial Period

• At the end of the trial, users must select a paid plan to continue uninterrupted service.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

• You may request a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of initial purchase and have not used significant data.
• Partial refunds may be considered for service interruptions or outages lasting more than 24 hours, subject to review and approval.

Non-Eligibility

• Refunds are not provided for unused data, early termination after the initial 7-days period, or violations of the terms and conditions.
• Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted plans unless otherwise stated.
• Requests made after the billing cycle has ended are generally not eligible for refunds.
